Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Truck or Heavy Equipment Mechanic.
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve complex issues.
Proficient in the use of automotive diagnostic equipment and tools.
Knowledge of hydraulic systems, electrical systems, and engine mechanics.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with the operations team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues in trucks, forklifts, and other heavy equipment.
Perform scheduled maintenance and inspections to ensure the safety and reliability of our fleet.
Collaborate with the operations team to coordinate repairs and minimise equipment downtime.
Maintain detailed records of all work performed and parts used.
Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to protect yourself and your colleagues.
