Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant course.
  • 7 to 10 years of progressive experience in a senior sales management role.
  • Proven work experience as a National Sales Manager or in a similar capacity.
  • Exceptional leadership, people management, and negotiation skills.
  • Highly motivated and knowledgeable in sales processes, market analysis, budgeting, and staffing.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a high-performing, diversified sales team to ensure the achievement of 100% of sales targets.
  • Develop and execute effective national sales strategies to expand market presence and meet company goals.
  • Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to study the feasibility and cost-benefit of sales plans.
  • Implement national sales programs by creating and managing detailed field sales action plans.
  • Determine annual unit and gross-profit plans through continuous analysis of market trends and sales results.
  • Maintain professional and technical expertise by staying current with industry publications, attending educational workshops, and participating in professional networks.
